Here are several important updates on research computing resources at USC.
ITS has reduced the cost of its SPSS statistical software offering for faculty and staff. SPSS is now available to faculty and staff for an annual lease rate of $99. USC has recently expanded its research software offerings by purchasing campus-wide licenses for two qualitative data analysis (QDA) programs, NVivo and ATLAS.ti. These programs are available for free to USC faculty, students, and staff and are meant to help analyze text-based and multimedia data sets from your desktop computer.
