NOTE: Your ability to access this software is contingent on you having a current affiliation with the university. When you leave USC, you will no longer be able to access the software downloaded through the links on this page.

Description

Current faculty, staff, and students may download up to five copies of the latest version of Microsoft Office for use on their personal computing equipment (Mac OS X and Windows), including desktop or laptop computers, and up to five copies on their iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.

Faculty and Staff Downloads

Faculty and staff may download Office through their ITS-provided Office 365 account. Download and installation instructions for faculty and staff can be found at itservices.usc.edu/officefacstaff.

Student Downloads

Current USC students may download through the Microsoft Office portal. Download and installation instructions for students can be found at itservices.usc.edu/officestudents.

Microsoft Office in the USC Computing Centers

Microsoft Office is also available on computers located in the following USC Computing Centers:

  • Ahmanson Information Commons in Leavey Library (LVL Lower Level)
  • King Hall (KOH) 206
  • Waite Phillips Hall (WPH) B34
